Bought my graduation dress from here and it is super cheap and poor quality. We had to resolve the day of it because the zipper broke; it was a brand new dress and cost $100. Not buying from here again.
Found so many lovely cute things here! I usually have a hard time shopping but loved all the fits here. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews because that was definitely not my experience!
Do not buy anything from this store. This business is unfair, unethical and abusive. While in PR there were strict COVID enforcement this store did not have an open dressing room. They told me to buy it instead and exchange it if it didn’t work. I did so. When I came back to exchange it a Medium for a Large. The Large and Medium were exactly the same size. How it’s that possible? They said there was nothing they could do and they would issue me a store credit. That would expire in 90days. Keep in mind I don’t live in PR. There were no other options. UNACCEPTABLE. Do not bother. Their clothes are not good quality anyways and sizes are a catch. I’m filling a formal complaint with the customer protection agency.
