I love Gucci all together! The staff treated us with respect and took care of all our needs. I was happy with my purchases and they even shipped my items for free! I stop at a Gucci in every major city I travel too. It’s great because we get different items as we travel. If you never shopped Gucci, add it to your bucket list!
If you’re visiting Gucci in Puerto Rico, do yourself a favor and ask for Steve, he’s truly the best! No exaggeration. He has an incredible eye for style and always helps pull the perfect pieces together with ease. On top of that, his energy is warm, welcoming, and consistently pleasant. Shopping with Steve isn’t just a visit, it’s an experience!
My boyfriend and I had a great experience here while on vacation. The salespeople where very laid back, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They do have a nice selection, however, sizes seemed to be quite limited. It is understandable considering it’s the only location on the island - so you may want to consider calling ahead if you have your heart set on something in particular.
