One of my favorite stores to shop in the State but at this location, I was very disappointed with customer service. I wanted to try on some shirts and the guy at the fitting room told me I couldn’t cause the fitting is closed. I was confused since it was a whole hour before closing, he proceeded to say it was due to being short staffed. There was a few customers still trying stuff too as well. I could’ve understand like 15 minutes before closing but a whole hour before closing? Ridiculous!
There was no apology for the inconvenience and also, I counted 4/5 employees there but obviously I don’t know their company standards for operating fully with the fitting room open.
