Kaffe Haus Old San Juan

Such a great experience. We were traveling with a baby and the space was family friendly. Food was also good. If you want a nice sit down breakfast, come visit!

We came to try out this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress Eva, was the sweetest and very attentive. We tried the questio with guava sauce and it was sooo delicious. We also ordered the pernil and I had the waffles as well and it was super delicious.

We stopped in after checking the nearest restaurants in walking distance to our hotel in Old San Juan and reading the reviews, and we were not disappointed. I had the traditional french toast with fruit and applewood bacon on the side. The French toast was perfect—a soft brioche bread. The bacon tasted like regular bacon not really an applewood flavor but it was still good. My partner had the chef’s Benedict which consisted of ahi tuna. My partner ordered the rum punch and I had an espresso martini. The espresso martini was probably the best I have ever had; a perfect blend of espresso flavor and vodka. Everything was fresh and tasted great. And the service was good as well. Our server, Ava was nice and attentive. We will definitely be back!

My recent visit was disappointing due to extremely poor customer service. While the food was absolutely delicious and the meal spectacular, the lack of attention overshadowed the experience. We received our food but no drinks, and I had to get up twice to request beverages. Meanwhile, three employees were simply chatting at the bar, and our waiter never returned to check on us. It's a real shame, as the food here is truly excellent. I strongly recommend improving your drink service and overall customer attention. Great food deserves equally great service.

Great place for breakfast. Prices were good and the portion sizes were massive. The staff were super friendly and the seating area was open and not too cramped.
