Service is crappie. The wait is excruciating. The last two times I've been to the store I've been here more than an hour. They have good things, but staff not fully trained. Manager is always running around and not always at the front desk. Taking care of you and then he walks away because of a phone call. They also have told me to take off that they will call me. But I never get the call. If I was buying stupid things, I would understand. But I was buying things that cost a lot of money.
