Rod Rodder fixed a leak for me over a month ago. They charged me a total of $1,310, including the camera inspection and repairs. The house still has a leak. Now, since the work was under warranty, they don't want to come back and have kept me waiting for two weeks straight after coordinating the warranty. Every week they give me a new excuse. I'm truly frustrated with the situation... I won't use them again, and I suggest you don't either, because the warranty is worthless to them.
Excellent service. They responded the same day. The San Juan office contacted me with one of their plumbers who worked in the Carolina/Loiza area. Angel was very professional, prompt, and communicative. I recommend their service.
Do not choose this service at all. There are more and better plumbers. The service was terrible. Super sloppy and super disrespectful. I called them about a serious problem and they said it was Friday and what they did was unclog me with a pacifier which was exactly what I did and the problem continued. I asked them to give me a quote or check the building's sewage main and they laughed at me and said I didn't know because I was a woman. They charged me $100 for not doing anything I had already done and they contradicted themselves a thousand times. I paid them for not arguing. They didn't know what they were doing. The problem persists, they did nothing and on top of that they disrespected me and stole $100 from me.
