My server Janier was great! Very knowledgeable about the menu and went over all of the options with us. He was very pleasant! The food was amazing, hot and fresh! I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good juicy and flavorful burger with amazing fries!

Our experience at La Burguesía was disappointing in terms of customer service. The food was delicious and at a good temperature. In reference to the customer service, they need to do better. We waited a little over an hour for our food and the waiter didn’t take a moment to advise us that the kitchen was backed up or apologize. Upon speaking to another server who brought it to the managers attention; our food was out promptly. It is unacceptable and the waiter should at least acknowledge the customer and check in.
It's very clean and comfortable inside of the restaurant. Thanks to our server, Daryanie, the service is excellent. The food tastes really good. The buns are fresh, and the burgers are flavorful.
The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. My server Daryanie was super friendly and explained all my menu options because I never been here before. She gave her suggestions on the best burgers to eat and she was right. This was one of the best burgers. It was big, well made and worth the wait. It was a wait to get the burger but it was well worth it. The fries were big and delicious. I tried the truffle mac and cheese and it was really good. I had the passion fruit juice which was really good. So delicious and I'll defintely come back.
