El Jefe Burger Shack And Mojito Factory

BEST BURGER and virgin MOJITO you will ever have, the portions were GENEROUS and satiating. We had the jalapeño stuffed burger, cravings fries, and regular fries. Carlos (the owner) was VERY nice, the atmosphere was AMAZING, food was FRESH, everything was a 10/10. They make their own buns, and that bun was delicious and didn’t get soggy like other buns do!!! The burgers’ meat wasn’t heavily seasoned, so you can taste a great burger, the jalapeños didn’t over power the burgers’ flavor but definitely made the burgers have a nice zing to it. The fries were DELICIOUS on their own, and they were generous with the sauce and the fillings for the craving fries too. Everything was juicy and wasn’t greasy which made it light on us. The lemon ginger mojitos were PERFECT, the ratio of ginger to lemon to mint to sweet was perfect. Bonus points: he gave us apples at the end as a gift :)

Watermelon mojito is amazing!!!!! Be careful it’s not Gatorade sip slow A++ food also ask for the secret hot sauce you won’t be disappointed

From the moment I stepped into El Jefe Burger Shack, I knew I was in for something special—but nothing could’ve prepared me for the delicious ride I was about to take. I ordered The Shack Explosion Burger and fries, and let me tell you—they weren’t lying about the explosion part! This burger was perfectly cooked, bursting with juicy flavor, and piled high with all the right toppings. Every bite was a mouthwatering mix of savory, cheesy, crispy goodness. The fries? Golden, crispy, and seasoned to perfection—none of that soggy stuff here. And the service? Top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. The good vibes matched the good food, and that’s a combo I’ll keep coming back for. If you’re anywhere near this place and craving a burger that goes above and beyond, do yourself a favor and hit up Happy Burger Shack. Trust me—your taste buds will thank you.

Stopped here for dinner on the way back from San Juan. The food was absolutely incredible — maybe the best burger I’ve ever had in my life and the wings were good as well. Julia was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing! Prices are very good as well. If you’re visiting the Kiosks or if you’re anywhere in the area, this place is a MUST GO!!!

The food was great. We tried a bunch of different burgers and a chicken sandwich. All were great. Huge patties! And our server was excellent. She noticed our daughter wasn't feeling well and took extra steps to take care of her. We were all really happy to have found this spot.
