No flavor in the chicken. Woman at the counter had serious attitude when we asked for napkins and sauce for the non flavored chicken. They forgot to make the 6 apple pies that we ordered.
Really good chicken and sandwiches, but the service is really Bad. They took a lot of time to serve and order. They need to work with this, because is the most complain by customers in Puerto Rico.
When you come up to this restaurant chain in 🇵🇷, don't expect to have the same offering as in 🇺🇲. The menu is simply better, more imaginative their 🐥🐔🐓🍗 are flavorful and they have FRAPPE (especially Nutella frappe 😋). Stop by and see by yourself.
Dirty place. Looks like the place doesn’t get cleaned very often. Sat by the window and the windows were filthy. Place was full of flies. Used a newspaper to bat off these annoying flies. Ordered an apple juice with my meal. The apple juice served in a bottle was at room temperature. Will not return. Very disappointed with this Church’s Chicken location.

2 months agoI requested 3 chicken pieces in each combo and they served only 2 pieces of chicken in each box I noticed after I got home😡.
