Came here only because there was a vegetarian sushi section on the menu, as that is hard to find in Puerto Rico. The place is small, but it wasn't that busy when we came. I think it's mostly a take out place. We ordered 6 rolls, and they were all delicious. 2 of the Veggie rolls weren't available, which was disappointing, but the sushi that we were able to order was amazing. Everyone was at least friendly, and the service was great. It was hard to find parking. We ended up having to park far down the street and walk. I would recommend the crispy tofu roll.
My husband, 2 year old daughter, and myself were looking for sushi and we are beyond happy we found this place! The sushi is PHENOMENAL!! The service was just as AMAZING!! We are from North Carolina and eat sushi at least once a week. This is some of THE BEST SUSHI I have ever eaten and I’ve had sushi across the country. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. If you are in the area or just near by please stop and show them some love! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! Thank you for your incredible service and hospitality! Until we meet again ✨🫶🏼MJ
So we went to Meraki for lunch and it was awesome. I have been here a few times but I always forget to take pictures, until now. We ordered dumplings two ways (one pork fried and one steamed shrimp). They were both magnificent, the pork was well seasoned and with a crispy crust and the shrimp was juicy and smooth. As for main dishes, we ordered three maki rolls one Spicy Girl, one Pika and one Red Tiger. They were all super fresh and tasty, so it's hard to pick a favorite. Best overall, for me, was the Spicy Girl which I have ordered before as I like the balance of flavors it contains. To drink we ordered some Lucky Buddha beers which were nice and cool and left us enlightened. Overall a great meal at an awesome location, I highly recommended it for a quick bite or a good conversation. If you go do try the homemade Sriracha sauce it's to die for!
I became vegan almost two years ago and I used to love sushi before. This is the first sushi restaurant that has plenty plant based options for vegans including plant based tuna and salmon. Usually I had to order the veggie rolls which are not that special. The food was really good and the owners were so open to veganize dishes that are not plant based. The quality of the service and their friendliness was exceptional. I will definitely go back now that I can eat sushi again. 100% recommend this place.
Hands down the best I’ve had in a long time!!!
My wife and I ordered roll after roll.
We couldn’t get enough!!!
The restaurant is small but cozy, food was exquisite/impressive and the overall vibe was addicting.
Definitely recommend it!!
We will be back!!!
