We were on our way somewhere else but drove by and saw this restaurant, quickly looked it up and then pulled a U-turn to eat here instead and it did not disappoint. All our sushi was great! We thought it was pricey (yes, I know sushi is always pricey but this seemed pricey-er). The edamame was a little underwhelming but we still very much enjoyed it. The General Tso’s had a very mild flavor and the friend rice wasn’t my favorite I’ve ever had BUT we really did enjoy our meal and we would come back again for the sushi! Our server was perfect. The atmosphere was quieter and cosy. We’re glad we stopped her.
Taiki is INCREDIBLE! This is the best sushi I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The flavors were spot on, fresh, and wonderfully proportioned. It is certainly worth a visit. I’ll be back again and again and again. So much deliciousness to be had here.
My new favorite sushi in the metropolitan area (before was Tayzan, not anymore). Perfect amount of rice, perfect sushi size and the creations are delicious. I tried chili roll which included jalapeños and caviar, its my favorite. I also tried the fried jalapeños with cream cheese inside… delicious. The employees are so friendly too, very amazing experience.
