Worst experience ever! Frank was the sellers' broker and not only failed to deliver on every committment he made, he berated, chastized, and disrespected me, the buyer in a cash sale. Frank put up obstacles at every opportunity and did everything he could to make a simple cash transaction nearly impossible. Dealing with Frank was completely unprofessional and honestly the worst experience I have every had in nearly 30 years of being an executive professional in financial services. Please do you research before considering doing business with Frank. Based on my experience I would NEVER again.
