After much research and reading all the reviews for other realtors, Sand Dollars stood out to be the one realtor I would want to work with and here is why... Caroline picked up the phone at first ring... many others did not have even their voicemail set up and some did not even return my call. The fact that Caroline pick up the phone at first ring says a lot about how much she cares about her company. Caroline answered all of my questions regarding renting my apartment, flexible to schedule an appointment convenient for me, and she is warm, caring and a true professional. On our scheduled appointment, Caroline was on time and prepared to discuss a plan for renting the apartment. The apartment would be available to be rented on 1/2022 and she delivered big time. I am truly impressed with the efforts and hard work she put into achieving this goal. So if you're looking for rent, sell or buy, Caroline is your realtor... 100%. Even after renting my apartment, Caroline still picks up the phone or texts immediately. New York expectation, MET! Thank you Caroline.

I flew into San Juan to find a home for my family and to relocate my business from New York. I tried several realtors with disappointing results. Then, I met Caroline at Sand Dollars! She not only found me exactly what I was looking for, she went above and beyond to help me become comfortable with the community! She showed me great restaurants, beautiful beaches, even helped me find a great Church. I’m only rating Sand Dollars 5 stars because the system doesn’t allow me to give 10 stars. Scam artist doesn't begin to describe Caroline Keller. This is what to expect from Rebecca Keller and Sand Dollars Realty & Rentals: This company stole our money. We moved to Puerto Rico and the rental unit was not in the condition as stated in the listing and the owner was out of the country for over a month; as such, the repairs that needed to be made could not be made and the owner agreed to allow us to break the contract 24 hours after moving in. We received 2/3 of the money we gave Sand Dollars Realty back from the landlord when she came back to the island. The Kellers, on the other hand, decided that they were keeping their "finders fee", an agreement between the landlord and Sand Dollars Realty. Nowhere in our contract with the landlord did it state any of the money was going to the Kellers - first month, last month and security deposit. We posted negative reviews like this one after being scammed, or ganso (goosed) as the locals call it. After stealing our money, she then had the gall to file a criminal complaint in the wrong jurisdiction that a judge laughed out of court for posting negative reviews. Caroline then sent us a contract, which we still have and was unfulfilled by the Kellers: remove the reviews and we'll give your $2,500 back. We did as agree to and she responded: You are suckers. She then proceeded to block all communication with us and because they use a PO box cannot be served by a process server. Avoid them at all costs, they are liars and thieves.
