Beautiful properties but terrible customer service and even worse communication skills. I called initially for a property I had interest in, after 4 missed calls, one of the assistants redirected me to they’re email, indicating me i should leave an email with my information in order to be able to schedule an appointment. I take the channel which she indicates is the only one for application, and they reply with an additional email address, in which they requested my credit report, Identification, proof of income, and every other document which is regularly requested upon an actual application. I’ve been up this roller coaster one too many times and, I’ll make myself clear when I say this if you too don’t have the knowledge. Realtors generally cannot request a consumer report (which includes a credit report) to show properties, this is all under the (FCRA), I take my due time to inform myself on all these subjects cause there is a lot of identity fraud / credit fraud in the United States let alone Puerto Rico. I stated this same information to the person that attended me (Ricardo Martinez), and he proceeded to say that, unfortunately he has no time to show people without the means a property because he doesn’t get money for showcasing properties, in this same sentence he didn’t fail to mention that these people without means are more than half of Puerto Ricans. Needless to say I lost all my interest in this property, at seeing the little professionalism the owner of this company as he titled himself to be had, and not to mention the disgusting idea this individual has towards Puerto Ricans. Once again another example of people who come to the island to benefit off its inhabitants, tourists, and properties, without any type of morals or respect for our community. Wishing everybody who takes their time to read this knowledge, love, and overall the respect you deserve, don’t ever settle!
