Amazing service by a very talented staff. I was visiting Puerto Rico and wanted a men’s cut before returning home. Rafa did an amazing job and made me feel so welcomed! As a tourist this was really appreciated as Spanish isn’t my first language. Great conversation and most importantly my hair looked amazing! If I ever visit PR again I’ll be back!

My wife believes it is the BEST PRODUCTS AND A AMAZING SERVICE. ALL PRODUCTS ARE THE LASTED FROM EUROPE. PLUS, all the staff is excellent from Valet parking to the people that work. Better than Park Avenue! Supervised by the owners.

I decided to go on an adventure of getting a cute Latin haircut and coloring after meeting a gorgeous lady in this salon. I wanted my hair to look like hers and the price she showed me was amazing! I double checked with the front desk staff who also quoted me similar range ( well my hair is half of her length but she is probably enjoying a special discount being frequent here). The appointment was finally here! I had been looking forward to it for an entire week while I was on the cruise. Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication ( now I learned I shall bring google translator around when in PR). I was given some highlights that I never asked for and they made my face look sick. the bill was double of what I saw from the lady last week. I like to extend benefit of doubts rather than jumping to conclusions even though I heard horror stories and had a few myself as tourist. I showed the picture of that lady’s receipt and her hair picture to them and let them know that’s exactly what I wanted. They had a nice lady called Daniellie speak in English with me. She is super empathetic and understanding. She apologized and help me receive what I had come in for. She was even there at the check out desk to make sure I was happy with the final payment and my hair. I appreciate her courage in stepping into the situation. Her empathy, communication skill and problem solving skill made a great difference in my experience today! I would recommend this place. I would suggest non Spanish speakers bring Google translator to ensure clear communication. For Spanish speakers, I think you are in for a treat. Customers in the shop look genuinely happy and I do like my Latin haircut after all

It's the place you want to go to if you want your hair done professionally. The employees are super nice and welcoming and they make everything so much more enjoyable. It is no exaggeration when they say that this is the best place to get your hair done. They also offer makeup. And while there you are offered wine or water while you wait. I really recommend it.

The hairdressers are very kind and good but the offers are tricky. After you pay for an special offer or coupon, they start adding things that were not included in the service you requested. For example, I pay in advance for a dying service to get a special discount. After it, they told me that the dying products were not included, that the base color was not included, that the product for the highlights was not included. So, was what included? Only the proceeding of dying my hair. I ended up paying 3 times more the original price of the offer. Be really careful. The service is not bad at all, but the prices and offers are the problem.
