I arrived at the salon at 4:45 p.m. I even mentioned I was early and asked them to write down my arrival time (my appointment was at 5:00 p.m., and I have proof). However, they told me I had missed it because the appointment was at 4:30 p.m. I was very surprised and replied that this was impossible, as I understand they had changed the time without notifying me.
They finally saw me, but I didn't receive any protocol, instructions, or explanations about the procedure. It was my first time at a brow salon—and they knew it—plus I had paid for my first visit. The procedure was quite painful, although I expected that. The result was great, but I wasn't happy that they changed the time without notifying me or the lack of kindness in the service.
Horrible service, the worst customer service policies. They want to charge you extra for being 5 minutes late to your appointment, regardless of the circumstances. The mall had a closed entrance due to an accident, and the rude employees didn't care. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Zero empathy. I also called to apologize, and they hung up on me, leaving me talking to myself. And worst of all, they charged me the extra fee, and I had to wait 12 minutes to be served... THE HEIGHT OF RUDENESS.
Fui por primera vez y será la última. Hace un mes que fui y tuve que dejar crecer las cejas de nuevo porque me hicieron una más ancha que la otra… muy lamentable
