The service has gone downhill because they keep changing their staff. The lady doesn’t even greet you nor ask you about what you came in for……she was scratching my head super hard when washing my hair and also burned my head while she was blow drying it. Read their reviews I’m not the only one complaining about the same issue.

Horrible customer service!!! They overcharge their costumers….keep changing their staff to new one that don’t know what they are doing. Nail polish doesn’t even last past two days.

I loved my nails! Great experience in Divinas salon, Really easy to get there(from port I just took an Uber and in less that 15min I was there) they're quick and super friendly I definitely will be back! Millie was amazing 💅

They were extremely nice and their pedicure service was one of the best Ive seen in San Juan!!! We had an appointment right after and they were accommodating enough to get us out of there in time!! Definitely recommend them :)
