We had the most wonderful experience with Rosa. We came with no appointments and hoped and prayed that she can fit us in. Luckily she was available and was able to accommodate us both. She was the only manicurist and let us know there's a wait. We agreed. She was fast and efficient and we had the best and thorough pedicures ever! Note we were on island time so sometimes there were visitors and small delays, but we enjoyed the conversation and hospitality that we didn't mind. It was like hanging out in our family's house, hearing the gossip and music and enjoying ourselves. So A+ on service, hospitality and kindness. Please visit and maybe call ahead if possible. But be patient, we are on island time. Just relax.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had!! My feet have never felt softer and my nails have never been taken care of this well. Rosa took such good care of my mother and I!! We walked in without an appointment and although she was the only manicurist there she was very efficient and did both of our nails! We enjoyed the conversation, recommendations and hospitality. It is a Spanish speaking joint and it felt like hanging out with family Definitely will be coming to this spot every time I visit San Juan

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a business. I called beforehand and made an appointment for 5 pm. I was not helped until 7 pm. I also noticed they helped someone else who arrived after me before me. Not only did I have to wait but I was then told they don’t do acrylics, despite pictures posted on Yelp. And to top it all off I was charged 160$ for a gel manicure and pedicure and a regular pedicure, this is definitely not the place to be charging this ridiculous amount. Oh! Almost forgot, my polish starting coming off after three days (I don’t anything out it the ordinary), which has never happened before, would not recommend!!!

Owner was extremely hospitable and knows how to start a party 🥳. Walking in I was nervous about the surroundings cleanliness, owners son was a big boy like 10yrs running around screaming with no shoes on (just hyperactive)... but I got to know the owner she's pretty awesome she has a few businesses. the salon does hair dye as well although I didn't get to see how they did hair lol my. nails came out nice though they just don't have good line work but as long as u add glitter I'm good lol. Unfortunately my wife's gel manicure nails came off the 3rd day. they charge 💅 extra in sanjuan so she was disappointed. Jefe will make your money worth your time you can party 🥳 with her while getting your nails done and after even smoke some cigars (real ones lol welcome to the Dominican side of sanjuan )

I had a terrible experience. Hygiene/cleaning was very poor and multiple toes and fingers bled due to how rough she was working on my toes. This was the most painful manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I understand some Spanish but don’t speak it very well. The two women were talking over my friend and I and at one point I heard them say “I can charge them whatever I want”. I ended up with two infected toes and one of them was a borderline staph infection. There were no prices visible in the store. I was charged $70 for a mani-pedi and my friend $90 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure.
