This is definitely a good choice for a remote worker. The internet is very fast and more reliable than most places (we did experience temporary breaks in service, but we never went an entire day without. He has a cistern and a generator. And hot water! We loved that so much! Uber comes to the door. There is also a couple Bakeries (for breakfast and lunch) very short walks away as well as the fact that there is a fruit stand on the dame street and a quick walk to the generator store. It's a 15 minute walk to a children's park and track. The beach is very close. 2 balnearios within about a 15 minute drive either east or west. Costco is close (about 10 minute drive), a post office. Pretty much everything you could possibly need is very close.
It is a very safe location but also San Juan is very accesible.
Two things we struggled with: the kitchen had a tiny sink, and a small fridge. If you eat out a lot, these will be ample. The air conditioning is amazing! You will never be hot.
There were so many streaming options that were provided and a roku so you can add your own. Miguel is amazing! Though he only speaks Spanish, he is very patient with using Google translate.
If you do stay here, let Miguel know that Jazmin Jordan recommended him. It is totally worth staying here.
