Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Rather actually text than talk on the phone to attempt and resolve issue. Currently stranded on an island and they're asking me to wait 24-48 hours to speak with a supervisor. I AM STRANDED. Aaand pay for a night when I spent inside 15 minutes on the property. Then deem my priceline receipt for a hotel we stayed in for a night an insufficient receipt.
