I loved this place. Everyone was so nice and we had a private court yard that faced east so we could leave our blinds open and be woken so nicely by the sun. It was very clean (and I am picky). There was not a lot of privacy in the bathroom for my husband and myself. The wall was see-through and didn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. It’s not our first experience for the bathroom like that so we know how to handle it but it’s never our favorite. It had a large shower which is always amazing in a hotel. You have to ask for a blanket. They do not have a front desk, but you can call at any hour on the phone in the room and they send somebody to your room with whatever you need. The person on the other line doesn’t always speak English but they do their best. They almost always have a manager on site that speaks English that will come to your room if need be. In the room we had there is a spot to hang your clothes, but not a real closet and no dresser. So my husband and I had stuff everywhere since we were in Puerto Rico for a long time, but for the private courtyard it was worth it to me. In my opinion, the room we had was a one couple room. But I have seen pictures of larger rooms. I would go back.
