For 2.5 years, we rested 11 times in Puerto Rico and stayed in the ocean park, stayed in Hous for the first time, and were very surprised by the pleasant service, cleanliness and responsiveness of the owners.

Our host were amazing and thoughtful down to the smallest detail. The whole facility was super clean and organized. There's so many places in the facility to just relax, take in the scenery, and take fun photos. Adrienne and Chad welcomed us with a heartfelt smile and laughter, delicious snacks and coffee, a thoughtful note, and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate! They offered clear communication before, during, and after our stay. We can't wait to return!
Ps the square toilet was quite supportive my husband will be installing one at home soon!
This was my first time in Puerto Rico and it was a great experience, lots of fun things to do, I will definitely come back.
Hous! was a great place to stay, there a couple of things I didn't like such as the loud neighbors in the Main Hous, I did email you about them but never got a response, the other thing was the Ethernet outages, there were interruptions all day.
We loved the house so much! We have been to PR so many times and this is our favorite place we stayed at so far. Great neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. The house is also so cute and looks just like the photos.
We found the best spot in San Juan! The experience was incredible! The villa and the apartments have everything you may need, from beach towels and chairs to local coffee and post cards. The place is immaculate and the check-in is really easy. If I ever come back to San Juan I will choose the same place, because I never had such a great housing experience! Thank you to the hosts for their hard work and for caring so much about their guests :)
