Natural Village

The on-site property manager was very polite and helpful. I regret that I cannot recall his name, but he kindly assisted me with obtaining my room key and gave me a tour on my first day. HOWEVER, the parking situation was unacceptable; although I initially had a designated space, it was later occupied by another guest. I reported the problem to the property manager, but no solution was offered, and I received a $150 parking ticket.

We stayed here for 6 nights, no problems. Good value. The house is clean and you have a lot of room - kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. We enjoyed our time there, being able to relax as well - the beds were comfortable. Tony, the owner, was attentive to our needs. The neighborhood seemed sketchy at first, but as we walked around, it is actually fine and we had fun exploring restaurants nearby.

I loved this place! It was clean and the hospitality is top tier; The location is very central so it is close to literally everything. The host went above and beyond to make sure me and my frIends had the best stay. Will definitely be going back, I loved it!!

Excellent service! Economical and very clean. The room was air conditioned and the owner provided plenty of space for your things. There was a beautiful shared living room and the bathroom was kept immaculate ✨ The owners responded very well to all my needs and questions. I can tell they take pride in their business. The area was easy to get to from the San Juan airport and it was a great location from many restaurants, nightlife, and beaches. I felt comfortable as a solo traveler in Natural Village and really enjoyed watching the sunset on the back porch. ☀️Thanks again for a fantastic stay! 🥰🤩🤙🏾✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Great stay in a great neighborhood! Close to the beach, restaurants, bodegas, and anything else you could need. A couple blocks from a woman who sells AMAZING flan outside of her home. Tony is great and always made sure we had anything we need. The locals in the neighborhood are friendly. Enjoyed time on the balcony watching the city! Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
