Called Mr. Ramon Piña for assistance with a german roach invasion. He came to my rescue, provided excellent customer service by explaining to me the process and equipment he was going to use to remove the little critters. The chemicals used are non harmful to asmatic persons such as myself and the results were immediate. I am very grateful for their assistance and continued efforts to keep my home free of pest.
After almost a month of my home being treated for ants and spiders, still having the problem as if nothing was done. Call to report the situation but phone was no working. Used a RAID product that actually works better.
I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth yesterday. She's very informative and takes the time to explain the options and differences in the products. I like to support small businesses as my first choice. She's also bilingual.

5 years agoThey were great. Showed up on time, got rid of bugs on our boat and they never came back. Same for the ants inside and out at our home. Very thorough.
