The company isn't clear about rates when you call. When we called, they told us it was $15.20 for overnight hours, and we accepted. Upon receiving the bill, they charged us $103 for three hours. They admitted this mistake. They then proceeded to tell us that for the first three hours, they would charge us $70 for the "on call" and they wouldn't charge us for the "rush" bill. They didn't tell us anything about this when we called. In addition, they charge $22.80 for every hour after eight hours, which they again didn't mention when we spoke on the phone. The bill and the receipt don't match, and even after charging all the extra fees they never mentioned during the phone call, they still overcharged us. This company isn't clear about their inquiries until you get the bill. I don't recommend them.
I do not recommend it at all. They didn't explain, they weren't clear with the contract, and the one who was harmed was my old man. "YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE TO BE RECEIVED IN ADVANCE, OTHERWISE YOU WON'T RECEIVE IT." FALSE. Initially, they asked for three days, but they told me that I had to pay in advance, so we reduced it to only two days because that was all the cash we had at the time. However, after the second day, the nurse kept coming and now they want to charge me retroactively for those additional days. But then, aren't you telling me that I can't take that third day because I don't have the money, but you keep coming without informing me, and now you want to charge me retroactively? Why wasn't that done initially when I asked for the third day and didn't have the money? It doesn't make any sense. The nurse, according to my old man, came on Monday, and on Wednesday she came for two hours and left saying she would return, and she never did. I informed the representative, and they continued like a recorder, saying the same nonsense, and ended up telling me, "Well, you already signed the contract, you have to pay it." Oh, and to top it all off, it was Monday and Wednesday, and the person (because they aren't nurses, they're housekeepers, and they want to charge you like nurses) showed up on a Tuesday and wanted me to pay them that day as well. They took advantage of my father's health to continue scamming me. They have no internal communication between them and don't know what's going on with their company.
I RECOMMEND PERSONALIZED CARE FROM GERONTOLOGIA CLINICA CSIS OVER THIS SCAM COMPANY. MUCH BETTER SERVICE, MUCH BETTER QUALITY, AND THEY ARE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT WILL AND WILL NOT HAPPEN IN THE CONTRACT. AT THE SAME TIME THEY TAKE MUCH BETTER CARE OF THE PERSON AND IF THEY ARE NURSES.

4 years agoTreatment was not warm, courteous, or friendly. Yes, quite expensive and they also charged a mileage that is not in accordance with the route.
