If you come on a slow night don’t be discourage the food and service is A+! We had the snapper, grilled chicken breast, macaroni and cheese, tostones, and red beans and rice. Everything was excellent. The macaroni and cheese taste similar to Chick-fil-A Mac & cheese. It was delicious and hot.
Decent place to eat close to where we were staying. Wasn’t too busy, sat outside which was nice. Food was decent but not great considering the price. Lemonade was amazing, but found out they cost $6/each which is crazy for a glass of lemonade.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Coming to PR for the first time we expected authentic PR food, we waited an hour and it was not busy. Our waiter never checked on us the whole time while we waited, if I needed water when I had no drink or nothing. Never tells us or apologizes for our food taking a whole hour, the beef mongo tasted like American beef pot pie… literally. The rice and peas… tasted mushy and like boxed rice and peas. She never asked how we were doing or our food was after. It was horrible. My friend got chicken tacos… you would think it is Spanish chicken tacos… the tacos literally were chicken tenders, cold flour like it came right from the plastic bag you buy it in and cold shredded cheese slapped on the top.. Taco Bell could have done better! My 4 year old would eat this. TERRIBLE AND THE RATES SUCK. We spend almost $100 together on this nasty food and terrible customer service.
Hotties was a good restaurant to go. It’s located in a nice area. This restaurant is nothing crazy but It is pretty good. Food was good but a bit pricey for what it was in my opinion. We got a Big Sampler as an appetizer and it was very good but it cost around $35. For mains we got a full fried fish and a filet fish both very good for a good price as well. For 3 people the bill came back for around $140-$190
