I did not wanted to post this review, but I have the duty to protect other potential customers from this careless moving company. I recently used them for my work relocation, a self paid move to Puerto Rico. I consider myself a very easy going person, but the rep Mr.Chad just blew me off, with a nonsense email, I received the packages and a 82" inch TV that was recently purchased was dropped and cracked, a jewelry stand made out of wood was ripped apart and a wedding picture was broken into pieces. At first I ignored the last two because I honestly think that the wood and picture frame are kind of minor and fixable. I sent an email and the lame and irresponsible answer was, where is your Zelle so I can send you $30.00 dollars without any concern. Sir it's not about the monies, it's the principle behind the good deed. All I suggest to my fellow island possible customers be aware of this company. If you ship with this company rodi CARGO make shure you don't send anything made out of glass or delicate. They are pretty much a small butcher shop, cheap no integrity company. Estos son mas de los gringos que creen que aqui en la isla somos unos cavernicolas, espero mi gente Lea esto y lo evaluen bien. En mi caso le dije que se quedara con los $30.00 dólares. En enero comienzo a traer cargas comerciales y usare otra compania con una Etica Profesional de calidad. Mr.Chad keep your $30.00 dollars sir Total Invoice was almost 6 thousand dollars. Ni un seguro default ofrecen.

Jessica, Mirelys and Tina were all very nice and professional. It was a quick and easy process to pick up my car and to get my household goods.

Five stars to Rodi Cargo. They organized my End to End full service move from Puerto Rico to Ireland. White glove service all artwork crated. Glass ware individually wrapped. Full 4 bedroom house move no glassware or any breakage in transit. Minor damage on assembly of one glass pane but Rodicargo accepted the cost of repair without debate. I have no complaints only praise for how they dealt with me from day one. From the time of arrival to how they packed and secured all goods and for the 6 weeks door to door delivery as promised. They removed all packing after delivery and left the house as they found it. Would recommend them to anyone on the island. They were a tiny bit more expensive than other local competitors but without a doubt for peace of mind and proper packing and service I wouldn't recommend going with anyone but them.

Rodi Cargo handled the second half or our move from California to Puerto Rico. From Miami, they coordinated shipping our truck and our household goods. Chad and his staff in Puerto Rico were very professional and very responsive in coordinating/receiving our items. They handled the customs paperwork for us and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you again! Would definitely recommend if you're moving to Puerto Rico.

They rip you off $70 for a car cleaning when my car is clean. This company takes your money for every little thing. I do not recommend using this company.
