Hi yes they became the worst company cuz I used them couple of time also my mother use to use them to when I was small But now they have this people they contract under the table to bring your stuff home and what they do is still from your boxes and you not gonna get either your stuff back or your money back is gonna be 2 years sins I send my stuff from Florida to Puerto Rico and they stole from inside my boxes stuff that was worth ma money I call them and also gave a complaint the guy that brong the stuff home with his kids told us he work under the table not for the company I even email all they said was they can’t pay me back my money cuz been that for box the stuff my self they didn’t know but I send them picture and all I even had it insurance but I just had to take it as a lost so please don’t fall for this company they won’t respond back for your stuff

Hi please don’t use this moving company there are the worst my mother used them sins I was small so I also use them from ny to Puerto Rico the. I use them again from ny to florida and not even 2 years later I use them Again from florida to Puerto Rico and that was the worst mistake I did 3 of my boxes never show up lot of my funiture was broken I also had insurance and they told me that they was notting they can do that they don’t cover my belonging I call Puerto Rico and Florida I pay 6000 they stole some of my stuff cuz the boxes never show up they never pay me back been 2 month and a half and all I got was they ain’t responsible for thing you pack up that so sad after 40 years my mom and dad use to use them always and they’ the same as Rosa del monte please this company is a rip off my name. I moved from Texas to Puerto Rico and had a great experience with Monti. My family used Monti back in 1986 to move from NY to Puerto Rico and would definitely continue to trust and recommend them. Only a few items broke or were damaged but I expected this to happen as it can occur even when you move your own items from from house to another. They are the most affordable and provide great service!

I was surprised it only took a month. Would've given them 5 stars but they'll cheat you out of your money. My husband went to pay remaining balance and was charged an extra $25 when I called to claim the extra charge I was told it would be credited to the delivery payment upon arrival to there other location which was $80. I received the call to confirm my delivery and tried to claim the $25, I was told the $25 was a port charge which I was never told about and that the delivery was $90 not $80 in total I was cheated out of $35. I was charged $75 for my TV and $15 for sound bar and sub woofer, which was suppose to arrive in wooden boxes. It's a small TV so I thought I can fit into a box with extra support and pay only $25 which is the cost of a box but it did not fit so I payed full price ($75+$15). It arrived in the same carton box I was told I can not use because it did not fit (not wooden boxes) with sound bar and sub woofer all together and they made ajustments to it. Everything arrived safe compared to other reviews I've read which is the only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars. If your planning on using this company make sure they explain every charge and written down on receipt in detail.
