I was impressed by initial promptness to provide quote and how well they packed a table. Unfortunately, the son who was running my moving activity was insultingly rude and foul mouthed when he wanted me to pay before my property was delivered to me (literally held it hostage in some storage facility not close to me). Then the people hired to empty the moving truck and carey in ly belongings kept returning to my house asking me to pay them (which was not the agreement). Long story short, I was scared for my safety, the young Montes was the most insulting unprofessional human being ever, and i had to pay out of my pocket to repair my broken furniture. An unfortunate nightmare.
