I called for an appointment to see the Dr. i asked if they accepted my medical plan and they said yes, on my appointment day i was informed that the visit would be out of pocket because i am out of network! I understand out of network, I and was very clear and wanted no surprises i know they always want to up sell you something more therapies more of everything that your plan does not cover and i was right! Ask, ask , ask and get it writing and you will still have to pay for something that you don’t need after all this is a business and someone has to pay for the rent!
