Went to exchange a gift without a problem. The manager told me there wasn't anymore of the size I was looking for. I told the cashier I'll take a refund, but she said let me check inventory. She said it says that there was 1 in the store. In which she actually found it. Rare nowadays to find a dedicated employee. 3:40pm
