Irma had adapted very well yoga positions in chair, for us Multiple Sclerosis patients who has some mobility restrictions, making almost seamless our physical challenges. Her patience, knowledge and dedication are outstanding!!

Miss Irma is an excellent teacher very professional and a warm kind person! I took up Yoga over the summer and immediately started seeing improvements in myself, I slowly got in shape and can manage my mental ilness much better, overall little by little these classes have been a building block in my road to getting better as a person.
Irma has complete knowledge of She studied it in many different eastern countries while she lived there for several years.My strength, determination, and balance have improved with her practice.
Atabey yoga is very nice place ..I visited Puerto Rico many times and I practiced yoga there..the atmosphere is very friendly and the teacher is very experienced and her practice is excellent
