My experience at Vector has been very positive. It's helped me develop my lacking communication and social skills. The work environment is quite pleasant, and the team's support is always there. I like the fact that, as a student at IUPI, I've had the opportunity to work in this position, which offers flexible hours, allowing me to have a good balance between classes and work.

My favorite part of working at Vector was the flexible schedule, which gave me control over my work and also helped me stay organized. I was able to develop my communication and leadership skills. I love how everyone motivated each other no matter the circumstances, and most of all, I'm grateful to my manager, who believed in me and gave me the opportunity.

It's helped me develop as a person when it comes to public speaking and talking to strangers. The ease of setting your own schedule and organizing yourself. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and you get along well with everyone.

Honestly, I couldn't have had a better first job. This job taught me how to communicate with people, how to deal with others, how to be more organized, how to manage my money, among other things. I feel the best part of the job is the people you meet along the way, those connections you form that last a long time. An incredible experience.
