San Miguel Windows – Roosevelt San Juan office

Very disappointed. And unfairly treated, My door was specifically designed to be pivot door And to be open on the right side. A door that he said too 48 Days to finish took much 90Days 1. I cleared the incorrect door at US700.00 2. I installed at US300.00 Now I spoke with manager Mr David he clarified he is sorry and will send another door. I told him that will not work and I want a refund US1,700.00. He sending me another door means that I am paying for this particular door twice!!! Since I have to repeat the clearing and installation process again. It took them two weeks for me to call to figure out the issue. This is the funny part Mr David remark was send back the previous door and he will refund me back US$1,700.00. I was soo frustrated!! I live in Antigua and Barbuda your asking me to spend money to pack door and ship back at my cost . That means I am still paying for a door I didn’t get. The first time I have ever order a door from this company it had some faults and wrong shade of glass and I allowed it, I should have learned. This is the second time and it’s worst. So I have a door I over paid for that’s is not the correct door I will have to live with. And I am fighting for legal action. Please! To anyone shipping out doors. please use another company. 😫😫 I wish I had read the reviews first! I thought it was only me with these issues! David Mora.(legal team) Someone has to set an example.

I have no complaints about the quality of doors and windows. My complain is with the manufacturing and delivery of screens (insects mesh). Almost three months waiting for them after installation of windows. I had to cancel the order and hire another supplier.
