    I loved my items, however i did not received my screens for the windows and also I did not receive enough operators for them either. The individual I dealt with was always so slow to respond, Its been over 3 weeks I was told they would ship them off to me and still nothing. Sometimes its days without a response. Its really unfortunate as the windows are of excellent quality and my entrance door is extremely beautiful, but customer service is REALLY REALLY BAD! I am not sure if i would recommend to others because of the service.
