I was happy with the product but the install and warranty work is below par for the price we paid. I have called to schedule the installation of windows (which must be prepaid) and they do not call back. Some of the larger windows were installed slightly not level, and those have a hard time opening or closing. They installed those but do not come back to fix the issues. I do hope they read their reviews so that they might rectify these issues.
I need a quote to replace my windows. I have called 5 times, they take my info yet never call back. One "sales rep" sent me an email asking me to call him, (what a joke) I called and texted him and I am still waiting.
The kicker,!!!! they took my email and added it to their email promotional blasts. So I am now on a second unsolicited promo email yet no call for a quote.
I doubt they read this.
Is this how customer service and sales function today?
If this is the "service" you receive for a quote and sales, I don't want to imagine the installation process and if you need warranty for something.
I had my first windows installed before hurricane Maria, everything went well during the event. We had no problems.
I made an extension of the house, installed beautiful big doors. I’m greatful with the staff and the installation crew.

5 months agoGreat service (sales rep). Window parts were delivered to their store (showroom) in Puerto Nuevo from their warehouse in Canóvanas.
