Exceptional and expedited service. From quote to installation took approximately two weeks. After obtaining three quotes they were the most affordable. After my initial contact they sent a service rep to confirm the measurements the very next day. Two weeks later a crew of 2 came to install. They kept a clean and tidy work space and cleaned up after themselves; it took them 3 hours. My only criticism is that the install team couldn’t manage a small gap at the top of the garage door (not their fault, it’s the result of a sloping roof line). Overall, very satisfied with the look and installation.
They installed the double garage door for me, but I hope they guarantee that they will change it. Broken glass, a bent horizontal profile, and the fixed one that does not match the profile with the door vertically.
Customers, make sure the measurements are correct and even have a drawing made with those measurements. Our experience was that when we placed an order for a 1' high by 2' wide window, they converted those measurements to something else. Neither my husband nor I noticed the change in measurements because that's not what we do, so we assumed the entire order was done correctly. Make a specific drawing and don't sign any contract until the measurements are exactly as you want them. We lost our deposit—thank God it was a measly $37—but the shocking thing is the terrible customer service. It's our fault, according to them. So be careful with the contracts and be specific with the measurements so you don't get disappointed. If you ask me, I don't recommend them.
My garage door was ready and installed in less than a week. Excellent service, extensive knowledge, kindness, respect, and punctuality from our salesman, José, who treated us like family. The door was beautiful and works superbly; they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
A bathroom door was ordered, but due to measurement issues (the contractor took the measurements), it ended up too small.
We contacted GDR, and a young woman whose name I can't remember helped us. To finally measure things properly, they sent Gerardo, who helped us a lot. Thank you very much, problem solved.
