I had a bad experience with this company, I ordered 9 doors and paid to have them delivered One of the doors was built with a window, but the screen and wi down operators were not provided. I called Ms. Oquendo and she did that she was aware and would get it to me When the driver was in that route. I called again and she told me that there was no deliveries in my area. Three weeks ago and I told her that how much longer do I have to pay for the screen and window operators? She went on to say that the screen were free anyway. I told her that I wanted to resolve this without seeing third party intervention. She said if you want to waste time and money ho ahead, but read the companies policy behind the receipt.
They are extremely quick to ask for the deposit and quicker to get it paid, so once the work has been charged, they do something crap that doesn't fit, they don't comply with what was agreed and instead of a 4-key lock that was the one prescribed by their cojoxxxx, they changed it for one with three keys. And when you complain, both the installer and the factory avoid their responsibility. They practice the most despicable act in business, not having a word. The truth is we lost the money 🤑, but if I find myself in the Arctic and they put a subsidiary there I don't recommend them. The unfair usually comes to us in blessings, take advantage of the 🫰 the bills will be painted with the disappointment they cause.
I highly recommend them. They were very responsive from the time they gave me a quote to the installation. My garage door was exactly as I ordered. I'm very satisfied with the work, the service, and the price they provided.
They have always treated me with great respect. All employees are very patient and good. Especially Arlene and Mrs. Oquendo. Their doors and windows are of quality and I love them. I recommend them. daisy
