Located in Bayamon. Huge store with tight security. Suri, assisted me. She is bilingual and friendly. Quick and efficient. A real asset to the Company! Plenty of free parking with 1 Handicap spot. Handicap entrance. Installed a window at my house. True professional installers! Antoni and Jose were quick, and efficient! They know their skills well! Highly recommend! Will request their presence on my next window installation☘️🇵🇷

Don’t expect any subframes or subsills to come attached to their windows. They’ll sell you the window and all the attachments separately and expect you to arm it yourself.

Ordered my doors and windows 6 months ago. Had to follow-up with them after 4 months and they had “to check with the factory”. Finally got my windows in November still waiting for my doors. When you finally get someone they take your number (because no one seems to be able to check the computer system to give you the status of your order) and then they NEVER call you back. Salesman was Roman Montalvo. He rarely responds to my texts or phone calls. This is just awful customer service. I have never paid so much and gotten so little. I would never recommend this company get your window from Home Depot or Miami. NEVER CONDADO.

Totally recommend Condado Windows. They did excellent job on manufacturing our electric storm shutters and getting them done before schedule. The installers did súper and left everything the way it was. One was cover was dented and someone drove down with new cover. Excellent service. ( and we all know power goes out often so can be used manually)

I wish I could give 0 star to this company.The way they deal with customers is outrageous, I couldn’t believe it what I experienced with them.We paid $ 22 thousand for impact resistant windows six months before hurricane Maria, we all know how strong hurricane Maria was so at first I didn’t think too much about it ,it was huge hurricane and people lost their homes so I wasn’t complaining but when I got to my house and realized that my windows were on my floor cause they were incorrectly installed I was speechless,this company doesn’t know what they are doing,they used only 3 screws,32 inches apart into the frame instead of 10 screws for the size of the windows we had,any window installation company should know that it’s a common sense ,when we called them and told the manager about it they didn’t wanna have nothing to do with us ,this company is robbing their customers,our neighbors who used different company had all their windows fine,they don’t stand behind their product or their installation,the manager said the owner of the company wouldn’t allow him to helps us anyway which is unexplainable.They are using hurricane Maria as an excuse so they don’t have to deal with us ,we had other manufacturers inspect the windows and they all said it was incorrectly installed, stay away unless you wanna get robbed like we did.I wish I could add pictures of our windows here so you can see how they installed it but google doesn’t allow that unfortunately.Hopefully this review saves others.
