Is usually good on mondays. The male bathroom is disgusting, the bartender is not very polite at times and they limit the music you can play there to what is "good" to their taste. Otherwise it cab be a fun place to go with friends and have "chichaito shots" and beer.
One of my favorite hidden bars in San Juan. $1 beers on Mondays after 8pm. Don't forget to buy your "chichaíto" (rum + anise) bottle for less than $4 (9 shots in a bottle) ulala
