I went on a Friday around 8pm. They had a special called the after party were I got unlimited bowling hours (until closing) for $13.99 plus $4 shoes. That was indeed the best. Had a blast from 8 to 11pm. Apart from bowling, we had food... Chicken tenders and fries, mozzarella sticks, pizza, sodas and beers. The service desk was really helpful and attentive when we had moments were the lane or the bowling balls got stuck. Other than that, we had a good time there. The place has a lot of parking, an elevator for the disable, lockers and arcade area.
Decent lanes. Great proce between 9-11pm.
Other hours and alcohol prices are a bit high. Overall, it's a decent place to stop in and bowl. The staff was very friendly. The chairs here are the most comfortable I have ever used in a bowling alley.
I Bought a Gustazos and planned to play during the weekdays since weekends they have leagues and are probably very full. Got there at 4:30pm and were told we couldn't play because they needed ALL 40 lanes for their league to play... you serious?
The coupon says from 3:00-8:00pm but they couldn't allow us to play because it's two hours and the league starts at 6. So...
ACTUALLY it's from 3-4 if you want to play weekdays. That's crazy... and yes, I know it says to call first, but come on. They should put the hours the lanes are available BEFORE the league, otherwise it's false advertising.
I don't even want to imagine weekends... I don't know what I'm going to do.
Also the customer service was TERRIBLE.
Very little help and dismissed us as NOT THE FIRST AND NOT THE LAST. So that means they’re used to disappointing and won't make any changes.
The worst experience here! We were assigned a lane and when we got there it wasn’t reset and had already been bowled on. After waiting for it to be reset I went to the food counter to order a burger and fries. It took 20 minutes for the burger to be complete which was a drag but the kicker was it had a strand of hair in it. I returned back to the counter and told the young woman who made the burger she took it to the back (behind the doors) no words, no apology or compensation. When she retuned 10 seconds later I told her I just wanted a refund. She called the manager, Vivian, over. Vivian didn’t apologize or offer to compensate. Instead she aggressively pressed on the screen and asked if I ordered anything else at which I said no. She pulled a receipt out the machine and slide it across the counter. I asked was my refund going back to my card and she said yeah (in a duh obvious tone). Nothing was communicated to me and as a manager you are called to offer a solution and make sure your guest are satisfied. I then responded and said, “that’s it? No apology, nothing?” She pointed to the original hound lady and said didn’t she apologize and twisted up her face. I replied no. Vivian then said oh well. I then asked her name which she responded Vivian and I told her she didn’t need to be so rude. She quickly responded bye! I’m confused on how your employees not wearing a hair net and getting hair in my food, me requesting a refund due to their negligence is somehow my fault? I personally feel like I was treated this way because I was black. I saw her interact with others and it wasn’t that hostile energy. Not worth visiting!
The surrounding area when you get to the place looks scary and abandoned. We almost turned around. Inside it's old but the atmosphere is nice and happy. Customer service was friendly. Prices had gone up.
