Dave & Buster’s San Juan

Definitely a good place for fun and good food. Best time to come on a Friday is after 5pm, mostly empty. The ribs? 👌👌👌 And their flatbreads were amazing - I recommend the cauliflower version, it's worth the extra $2. Shout out to manager Alex and server Manuel. Attentive and courteous. The host was very sweet and very nice too. Will be coming back most definitely 👌

Our visit was a mix of good and bad. The place wasn’t crowded, which made it really comfortable for both us and the kids to enjoy the games and move around freely. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was fun. However, the location was clearly understaffed. We had to wait a long time at the prize counter just to pay for the human claw machine because the same employees were handling both that and customer service. The delays continued when ordering food, receiving it, and even paying the bill. The service itself was great, but management really needs to bring in more help to make things run more smoothly.

Food and credit for game play is amazing here. Female employees at restaurant are lazy and rude. I always pick a guy mesera, They're sweet 😊

The gaming experience was amazing we had lots of fun, but the food disappointed us. We ordered the chicken nachos and it barely had chicken, cheese and the rest of the ingredients. If you go eat, do not order that.

This place is really nice. Has food drinks and the tokens can be virtual on your phone. Great for the family. We played Halo and it was really fun. There’s good security! Even when the power went down on the whole store the recovery system kicked in and in no time the machines were up and running again. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to eat some good ok finger food while drinking a beer. Has a bowling alley type of atmosphere.
