Great place because it’s small and you can keep an eye on your children especially if they have special-needs . We also received a discount for my autistic grandchild. The only thing I would like is that they allow parents with special needs kids to guide them through the obstacle course so they could feel comfortable.
Great spot for 5 and under. Not too big so you can always keep your eye on the kids. Theres a papa John’s attached so you can order food while the kids play.
I like the location and the facilities however the parents can't go with the kids in the playground so it was hard for a two-year-old to navigate the maze alone. The infant area was too small so we decided to leave.
The entire line gets backed up when the front employee is trying to help a customer create a booking. Everybody is waiting outside trying to get in with their kids, while one employee is trying to make a future booking. This was a 20 minute process.
