I had scheduled an event for June 1st 2024 and the experience was horrible. I arrived and they had no idea about my event. We had a signed contract and they did not honor our contract. I was greeted by a 16 year old kid that had no clue as what to do. They requested a copy of my contact that I didn’t have on hand. I request to speak to a manager and when the manger came to me, she approached me with a nasty attitude. She said what did you do to my 16 year old girl instead of try to be helpful and resolve the issue. Things got escalated where the police was involved. Not a great experience at my son”s two year old birthday. I had 35 guest and a professional decorator that could not do their work. We arrive happily to the place to celebrate and have a good time. We arrive early to avoid any problems and we still had plenty of problems. When the police arrived and only than they agreed on returning my deposit. The total for the event was $600 and they wanted to keep the deposit of $300. The police officer made them return my deposit. Since it was cancelled we had to improvise on a new place to try to make the best of it. Stay away from this place. Fair waning, don’t don’t do your event here.
Great price and kids had a ball. If you want a spot to bring the kids where they can burn some energy, I promise, this spot would do justice. Owner and his staff are extremely friendly also.

5 years agoIt's a small place but let me tell you something....was very clean! Smell amazing! And the personal staff always looking for your comfort!
