Meh experience! They had a lot of areas closed, the tubing slide, the big bounce house area, and the ball pit. My son has an okay time, but usually loves these types of places. The drinks were okay, the service was very pleasant when I could catch someone. I wish the drinks were better and all the areas of the kids area were open.
An amazing spot for a group activity! In our case, eight of us women started with dinner at the restaurant on the second floor before heading to the Ox Range, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, cocktails were amazing and the food did not disappoint, both the burgers and the pizza were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a fun and satisfying group experience!
Took my 5 & 2 yr old granddaughters for a fun day while visiting Puerto Rico. It’s a little more expensive than some of the jump houses we’ve been to in the states, but our kids had a wonderful time. Lots of activities. Stayed for about 3 hours & the kids still didn’t want to leave. They have a really big jungle gym and slides and plenty of trampolines, rock climbing, etc. there’s a play area for the smaller kids as well. Overall very enjoyable for our family!

Today we visited Viking’s Arena for a birthday party. The place was super crowded. I think they exceeded the safe capacity of persons inside the area by a lot. It wasn't easy to walk inside. We wasted 20 minutes looking for parking and ended up parking outside the premises in a questionable and unsafe area.
Nevertheless, my kids had fun and had a pleasant time with their friends and family. The play area is pretty good and big enough. Food quality is average, but prices are high. The staff was courteous, and the service overall was fair. My advice to the management: exceeding the capacity of people inside a closed area can be dangerous in case of an emergency.
Viking Arena is a great place to go with your kids and enjoy the time. However, the service needs to be better the reason being these parents go there with their children just to go and be happy. Is not good that some employees in the reception have bad mood. Prices are reasonable but the only thing is they make you buy the socks which are $3.50 per. If you are going here just get over the service and go have fun.
