Center is absolutely wonderful. They have great prices for all your pet needs, especially sterilization, just 30 bucks. There are 2 issues, though. 1 it's hard to find. Instructions are given too quickly it's easy to turn way too early and getting back out of the area is also hard. 2 it's in a trucking area, air quality is lousy with tons of dust and diesel fumes so you HAVE to wear masks. I didn't the first time and the amount of dust a breathed was killing me. I couldn't stop coughing for 2 days. But the staff there is very loving and gentle with the pets

On 7-26-2021 I was sent here by the Humane Society in Guaynabo to drop off a dog which was abandoned where I live. After getting lost I arrived at the facility which was locked with gate & chains. The place was dirty and even though it said online it was opened, there was no one there. I've called many places for the dog to be taken in with no luck. I took her to the vet and I am hoping someone can adopt her. I cannot keep her, my landlord does not allow dogs. Is there anyone out there with a heart who can give her a good home???

If you believe in rescuing animals and hope to take them to a sanctuary where they will be safe. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. After turning you down many times with every excuse they can come up with they will offer the option to instantly kill the rescued animal. Useless and unhelpful in every way.

You have to take your pet in for them to check over the pet before scheduling then to be spayed or neutered. Once then look over the pet the will schedule the surgery. For me, it was easy and on time. Have to get there early morning but pickup was easy. Wasn't too long of a wait. The prices where great. The vet was helpful. There are a lot of large trucks driving through so be careful where you park. Thanks!
