This office never take a call phones

Every time you call is always closed.

Don't waste your time. Find another place. I'll tell you my experience... First, they never answer the phone. Today I arrived at the place, waited in line for an appointment. I explained that there was a dog that someone abandoned on the street. This dog keeps attacking my pets and my neighbor's pets. Unfortunately, it killed a cat, and the police were even called and a complaint was filed. Following the officers' instructions... My neighbor and I went through the trouble of catching the dog and bringing it here for care. After an hour and a half of waiting, it was finally my turn. When they decided to see me, it was only to tell me that they don't accept pets there because they're a private place and that I should take it somewhere else. So I asked myself... Why the hell are they making me wait an hour and a half to tell me to go somewhere else? They couldn't have told me that at the beginning? That way, neither you nor I waste time. Even worse, before all this, they ask me for ID, a phone number, and a photo of the animal. WHAT THE HELL FOR? They're clever. They ask for your personal information as if they're going to help you, only to do nothing. So why did they want my personal information? They're morons, and I hope they read this and be very careful what they do with my information because it'll backfire.

The service is really bad. They never contact you and don't keep you up to date on the process for leaving pets with them that needed their help. I called them a month ago and did what they asked, but I never heard from them again, not even an update. I really needed their help with some orphaned kittens, but not anymore.
