Loved this place, there’s a big open area where you could just hang out and enjoy the weather. There was a lot of things that they supplied which came in handy when I got sunburnt. They also have a freshwater filter which is great on hot days. If you’re parking a car, streets are very narrow. If you walk 2 blocks there’s a breakfast place. And a little coffee stand going opposite way. There’s also some art work to enjoy seeing and chickens walking around. I wanted to get the full experience of being in Puerto Rico and definitely suggest this place.

I stayed at this Airbnb and had to file a formal case with Airbnb after seeing multiple cockroaches during my visit. That’s not a fluke, that’s an infestation. The host tried to downplay it as “just one small 1/2 inch cockroach,” but any basic knowledge of pests tells you small roaches mean breeding is happening inside. I had seen 2 cockroaches at the time I opened the case, after which they had an exterminator come to fumigate. I didn’t see any more until the last day when I saw another, but I was ready to move on and I appreciated that I was at least given a partial refund and appropriate action was taken by bringing an exterminator in. On top of the roach situation, we walked in to find an unflushed toilet (#2, that was lovely), dirty cups, and no dish soap. It was obvious the place had not been properly cleaned and sanitized. I communicated with the host politely, thanked them for responding, and even left a positive review after the stay because I genuinely appreciated their willingness to engage. I didn’t even mention the cockroaches in my review because I didn’t want to hurt their business. I wasn’t looking to start drama, I just wanted a clean, safe place to stay. But after I received a partial refund from Airbnb due to the infestation, the host turned around and left a retaliatory review painting me as petty for opening a formal case. The dishonesty is honestly disturbing. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. The place is unsanitary, and the host is manipulative when held accountable.

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in San Juan! The apartment was cozy, clean, and exactly as described—perfect for a comfortable stay. My friend and I spent six days here, and it felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—just a short 15 min walk to Old San Juan and within walking distance of a beautiful beach, bunch of breakfast/lunch/dinner places. It was the perfect spot for exploring the city and relaxing by the water. The hosts were exceptional—super helpful, responsive, and always in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Juan. It’s a fantastic spot, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Very affordable and great location within walking distance of Old San Juan. It has a local feel, which is great. Very quiet at night, which was shocking! I really appreciated the extensive list of recommendations sent to me by the hosts. We ate at several recommended restaurants and did a few of the suggested activities as well! The itinerary was practically made for us and took a lot of stress off of our plates. This spot is exactly as listed. It may not be the largest space, but at the end of the day you didn’t come to Puerto Rico to stay in your room all day. This space is super cozy, clean, and has great A/C. The hosts make sure you have everything you need and are very communicative; they respond in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a must stay!! If you don’t mind walking everything is within a 15-20 minute walk including the beach and old city. Great local restaurants around the area! Friendly cats and chickens! Great food options in the area and really close to cultural sites. The place was clean, spacious, and quiet at night! (And there’s a morning rooster wake up call :)). We needed more towels and the host was incredibly responsive. Beautiful area and lovely room! Easy to get in and out of the building and great AC when it gets hot! Overall, would stay again!
