I called because the seal of the fridge door had broken, and they came and fixed my fridge. The dates were confirmed thru the app. The seal looks brand new. They have great services, I recommend them.
Sears needs to improve their service commitment with customers waiting for service. I personally had to wait 2 days after a commitment was made: first the service technician arrives without the parts, he then made arrangements for part delivery but left stating he would come later during the day. Parts arrived at noon the same day(Tuesday), technician NO SHOW.
Received message service was changed for Thursday morning, unfortunately service hour was changed in 4 different occasions, finally at 5:00 message arrived indicating that service was changed for Friday. Can you imagine the frustration after waiting for 2 days.
I pay a very expensive service contract and expect service when needed. Technician arrived Friday morning- repair service only took 20 minutes. Definitely service has to improve, it’s impossible to make a positive feedback. I’ve been a sears customer for almost 50 years and expect to receive service within a short timeframe.
