I’d be happy to update my rating once I get a response to my email. Placed an order for their ungüento (loved it) and a bottle of alcolado that arrived busted and leaking all over the oversized envelope and order slip. It was not properly packaged to transport liquids, and it spilled a good portion as I removed it from the packaging. Lost more as I had to move it to another bottle to save what was left. It was meant to be a gift for my father in law but I’ve kept it. Sent an email with pictures and have not heard back.
Excellent soaps! I’ve tried many of their scents and they’re all consistently good (the Ocean and Double Mint scents in particular are quite unique). Despite being small, I think they last for a pretty long while. They leave my skin nice and smooth. I’ve gone to their shop and the owners are the nicest people you can find.
The Caribbean Soaps is the most professional company with which I have made an online purchase in 14 years.
The quality of their soaps is exceptionally exquisite. Even the design of soap boxes is ingenious, I love that map of Puerto Rico through which you can see and smell the Aromas of the Caribbean.
From today you can count on me as a client and promoter. Thank you very much for your work.
